РЕГЛАМЕНТ
Международного Ялтинского Телекинофорума «Мы вместе!»
Статья 1 .Цель форума
— содействие культурной и духовной интеграции народов, утверждение в обществе идей мира, гуманизма, справедливости, создание атмосферы уважения к ценностям национальных традиций и культур, а также выявление молодых талантливых людей, работающих в области кино и телевидения;
— способствовать интеграции журналистов, мастеров кино и телевидения освобожденных территорий в культурное и цивилизационное пространство России.
Статья 2. Международный Ялтинский Телекинофорум «Мы вместе!» проводится с 13 по 18 сентября 2024 года в Ялте, Республика Крым, Российская Федерация.

Статья 5. Конкурсы проводятся по следующим номинациям:
- Мини-сериал от 2 до 4 серий
- Сериал до 16 серий
- Специальная номинация «Вместе победим!» (для фильмов, снятых мастерами кино и телевидения новых территорий и фильмов о специальной военной операции)
- Документальный фильм
- Специальный репортаж (журналистское расследование)
- Телевизионная программа
- Лучшая студенческая работа (короткометражный фильм)
- Лучшая работа для детей и подростков
- Лучший анимационный фильм
- Лучший режиссер
- Лучший продюсер (для телесериалов)
- Лучший актер,
- Лучшая актриса
Статья 6. Для участия в конкурсах принимаются документальные фильмы, телевизионные игровые фильмы и телепродукты, созданные (или состоялись премьерные показы) с 2022 по 2024 год вне зависимости от места создания и компании-производителя. В случае предоставления телевизионных игровых и документальных фильмов на национальном языке обязательны субтитры на русском языке.
Статья 7. Заявка на участие в соответствующем конкурсе, включающая положение о передаче организаторам Телекинофорума права некоммерческой демонстрации конкурсной работы, направляется с 15 июня до 20 августа 2024 года в дирекцию форума, путем заполнения заявки — Подать заявку .
Статья 8. Аккредитация на Телекинофоруме:
Представители теле- и кинокомпаний, иных творческих организаций, не выставившие свои телепрограммы и фильмы на конкурс, но желающие участвовать в работе форума, оформляют Заявку на аккредитацию. Она должна быть направлена не позднее 1 сентября 2024 года в Генеральную дирекцию Телекинофорума (форма № 2), а также оплачивают аккредитационный взнос, размер которого определяется в зависимости от формата участия в работе Телекинофорума (авиаперелет или ж/д переезд, проживание, питание, участие в протокольных мероприятиях).
Статья 9. Отборочные комиссии начинают работу 1 июля и завершают 1 сентября 2024 года. В каждой номинации будут отобраны три лучшие работы. Отборочные комиссии имеют право сокращать количество номинаций в конкурсах в случае отсутствия достаточного количества представленных работ или их низкого профессионального уровня.
Каждую из отобранных работ представляет на Телекинофоруме один из создателей – номинант. Замена номинанта любым другим представителем компании не допускается!
Расходы, связанные с пребыванием номинанта на Телекинофоруме (проезд к месту проведения, проживание в гостинице, питание), берет на себя Генеральная дирекция.
Статья 10. Жюри соответствующего конкурса в период проведения Международного Ялтинского Телекинофорума «Мы вместе!» определит победителя в каждой номинации, который будет отмечен Дипломом и призом.
Статья 11. Программа форума, помимо конкурсов «Документальные фильмы и телевизионные программы» и «Телевизионные игровые фильмы», предусматривает проведение информационных просмотров, брифингов, пресс-конференций, круглых столов, мастер классов, творческих встреч.

REGULATIONS
Yalta International Telecinforum «We are together!»
Article 1 .The purpose of the forum
— promoting cultural and spiritual integration of peoples, affirming the ideas of peace, humanism, justice in society, creating an atmosphere of respect for the values of national traditions and cultures, as well as identifying young talented people working in the field of cinema and television;
— to promote the integration of journalists, film and television masters of the liberated territories into the cultural and civilizational space of Russia.
Article 2. The Yalta International TV Forum «We are together!» is held from September 13 to 18, 2024 in Yalta, Republic of Crimea, Russian Federation.

Article 6. Documentaries, television feature films and television products created (or premiered) from 2022 to 2024 are accepted for participation in competitions, regardless of the place of creation and the manufacturing company. In case of provision of television feature films and documentaries in the national language, subtitles in Russian are required.
Article 7. The application for participation in the relevant competition, including the provision on the transfer to the organizers of the Telecinforum of the right to non-commercial demonstration of the competition work, is sent from June 15 to August 31, 2024 to the Directorate of the forum by e-mail to the General Directorate forumvmeste@mail.ru (form No. 1). The competition work recorded in MP4 format, in the form of download links.
Each work should be accompanied by an annotation (4-5 sentences) and three large-scale photo illustrations. These materials will be used to work with the media and publish an information catalog. Photos are provided in electronic form for printing (1200*1200 pixels). As well as a teaser of the work submitted to the competition, indicating the name of the content, director and producer (only in game works), with a timekeeping of no more than 1 minute, recorded in MP4 format.
Article 8. Accreditation at the Telekinoforum:
Representatives of television and film companies and other creative organizations who have not submitted their TV programs and films to the competition, but who wish to participate in the forum, apply for accreditation. It must be sent no later than September 1, 2024 to the General Directorate of the Telekinoforum (form No. 2), and an accreditation fee is also paid, the amount of which is determined depending on the format of participation in the work of the Telekinoforum (airfare or railway transfer, accommodation, meals, participation in protocol events).
Article 9. The selection committees begin work on July 1 and end on September 1, 2024. Three best works will be selected in each nomination. The selection committees have the right to reduce the number of nominations in competitions in the absence of a sufficient number of submitted works or their low professional level.
Each of the selected works is presented at the Telekinoforum by one of the nominee creators. Replacement of the nominee by any other representative of the company is not allowed!
The expenses related to the nominee’s stay at the Telecine Forum (travel to the venue, hotel accommodation, meals) are borne by the General Directorate.
Article 10. The jury of the relevant competition during the International Yalta TV Forum «We are together!» will determine the winner in each nomination, who will be awarded a Diploma and a prize.
Article 11. The program of the forum, in addition to the contests «Television documentaries» and «Television feature films», provides for information screenings, briefings, press conferences, round tables, master classes, and creative meetings.
